It's particulary bad if the Predator is a person that officialy protects the children, like a Police Officer,Teacher or religious Person. Here is an Example of such a guy:
Donald Rene Ramirez, a US Police Officer from San Diego, USA came to Cambodia regulary together with another Police Officer from the same town. When they returned to their Home they would always brag of how brutal they abused Cambodian Children. Here is an example of a real Pervert that luckily shot himself in Jail, shortly after he was arrested in Phnom Penh. This pervert lured kids to his go kart ring in Sihanoukville to literally enslave them. One of his specialities was to put Padlocks around their genitals and than leave them alone for days. He got arrested but got free and denied everything. This was in the early days. He has disappeared to god knows where.
